How to set-up your email signature!

  • Fill in the fields!
    • The template is already pre-set, but if you see something you'd like to change you have access to the side panel.
  • Click Copy the HTML Code
    • Select the email signature code by clicking the "Copy email signatureā€¯ button.
  • Access Gmail Settings
    • Open your Gmail account in a web browser.
    • In the top-right corner, click on the gear icon to open the Settings menu.
    • From the dropdown menu, select "See all settings.
  • Navigate to the Signature Section
    • In the Settings page, go to the "General" tab.
    • Scroll down until you find the "Signature" section.
  • Paste the HTML Signature
    • In the Signature section, find the text box where you can enter your signature.
    • If you have another signature already, delete it.
    • Switch to the HTML mode (there might be a toggle or an option to switch between Plain Text and HTML).
  • Save Changes
    • Once you've pasted your HTML signature, scroll down and find the "Save Changes" button.
    • Click "Save Changes" to save your new signature.
  • Compose an Email to Test
    • Open the compose window to test your signature.
    • Ensure that your HTML signature displays correctly. If needed, make adjustments and save changes again.
